In 2026, the Glasgow Mandolin Retreat returns for its 3rd year. From 28th-30th August, the retreat will again be gathering at the National Piping Centre in Glasgow, Scotland. Fully taking over the Piping Centre, and with an expanded roster of teachers, it will be an event for all mandolin lovers unlike any other.

Capped at only 40 participants, the Glasgow Mandolin Retreat will offer an opportunity to study with renowned mandolinists from around the world in a variety of musical traditions - Scottish trad, bluegrass, jazz, old time, and more! The recommended level for the retreat is intermediate and above, but all are welcome as we think that most mandolinists can come away with something from the retreat - either concretely musical or simply inspirational.

Your registration for the weekend includes a concert ticket for the final concert on Sunday night. Your friends and family are welcome to join us for the concert, but will need to purchase a ticket, available for purchase soon.
